When it comes to athletics, a center of gravity is probably the most crucial of all skill sets. Your center of gravity will determine the efficiency of every movement you make. If your center is off, you will get mis-compensation of muscle groups, which will lead to early fatigue, slower awkward movements and eventual injury. By training a body to find that center, it wires new functional patterns that will maximize its potential for every kind of movement.
