Happy Monday everyone!

As usual I have been extremely busy with traveling and work, but I’ve finally made it back and I’m back in action here in San Diego for one more week before I head off to Sao Paolo, Brazil next week. Last week I was in Las Vegas, Nevada helping UFC fighter Jeremy Stephens with his weight cut before his fight in UFC 160. The result was nothing short of stellar as Jeremy won by an extremely unanimous decision. He showcased the talent and hard work he’s been putting in over the course of the last year. It’s been awesome doing all this stuff, but I must say I also missed my blogging!

Okay enough ranting…

For this weeks video tutorial I have decided to put up a Resistance Band routine that you can do with a workout partner. This is a routine that can be pretty much done anywhere and it is oriented around functional core stimulation.
