After months of people egging me on to get a group environment going with what I do, I've finally decided to start running classes in Solana Beach, CA. Being the introvert that I am, it's definitely pushing my boundaries into places of discomfort. I look forward to taking on this personal challenge and having a whole army of health machines on the roster. Enjoy!!!
