    This is an excellent video of you shedding light on a very common dysfunction. I have been following you on Facebook for quite sometime. From the instant I saw a video of yours I always thought in the back of my head there is something that is different about what you’re saying and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is where we’re headed in the future of training. Despite what all your critics say, I disagree with them. I believe you will make a break through in this industry. So, please stay the course and continue disregarding the naysayers. Lastly, this video contains some really helpful tips and it is a shame that others will likely plagiarize your content without giving credit where it is do. Well it may not mean much, since you have no idea who I am. I would like you to know you have one person who supports your ideas and will not plagiarize. Keep up the good work Naudi!

    Wow, so going to try this!!
    My only query, (I guess like everyone else) how long should I were the bands?

    Also I don’t have any thin bands, but I do have some thick ones. Could I use them the same way?
