Strength Training for Golf with Gabriel Writer- Working the Foundations

Here is a video of me helping Gabriel Writer build a foundation to improve his golf biomechanics. In terms of functionality, there are few sports that embody the transverse plane like golf.

For Gabriel, it has been a major challenge to get him away from overusing the frontal plane to hit the golf ball. Since know one has taught him proper biomechanical transverse plane function, he has been operating his swing out of the dysfunctions that have been hardwired throughout his lifetime.

In this video we cover the exact foundation Gabriel will need to build a good foundation to develop good strength and accuracy for golf. Enjoy!!!
