Here’s a video of me running a personal training session with MMA fighter Delvon Garret, our focus today being the improvement of his boxing mechanics.

I have been finding that if you truly want to get an athlete to perform better, it’s the small incremental changes that need to be administered. It seems that if we just set the spine right into a position of neutrality, this Delvon’s hands fly fast, with good control and power to match. What an awesome job I have :^)
