Here is the latest evolution I have had with my TRX training regimens.
Although, I was not always the biggest fan of the TRX in the past, it has really grown on me significantly over the past few months. I have been using it quite a bit and noticing some major improvements in my dynamics functional movement capabilities.
I will warn the exercises shown in the video below are for those who are more advanced into TRX training and should only be done if the proper core foundations are set in place.
