Here’s an Advanced TRX Workout Routine. These exercises will focus on the contralateral usage of the Anterior and Posterior Oblique Slings. Due to their mass and points of connectivity, the rotational slings are likely the most influential factor in efficient human movement. Conditioning them through this routine will aid you in improving your functional biomechanics, increasing physical performance and longevity in the process.

    Where should i start and What do you recommend for someone who sit at work and is overweight. Is a survivor of breast cancer and lost my love of any kind of exercise. I allowed myself to get at this point and I have to change. I am overwhelmed at work and I get home exhausted.
