Had a great time today working with Jeremy Stephens! Over the last few months, we have primarily been working on his structural re-alignment and I have to say things are shaping up quite well. His posture in his upper and lower body have been nothing but progressive since we have started (hats off to Mr. Stephens for doing his homework so diligently :)). In the coming months, we will be doing Athletic Efficiency Training, this will entail the implementation of proper body mechanics specifically for MMA. Athletic Efficiency Training entails looking at the body for any dysfunctions that may exist during a movement, finding the specifics behind why the problem is there, then rewiring new “functional patterns” within the brain and body to replace the old dysfunctional ones. Although it can be pretty complicated at times, it sure is fun to fit all the pieces together. Enjoy!!!
