Exercises for faster running

In this video, I teach you how to emphasize an engagement of your Posterior Oblique System with a Pendulum Squat Row. The Posterior Oblique System involves a contralateral engagement of two very powerful muscles together: the Latissimus Dorsi and Gluteus Maximus. This system is highly active when a person walks and sprints correctly, when physical imbalances are not present. An improper or non engagement of these muscles leads to poor performance and major risk of injury, because now there are smaller weaker muscles having to propel us into gait. When I integrate functional movement with my athletes,fighters and clients, the Posterior Oblique System almost takes priority.
