Week 3 Mike Gentile MMA fighter training

I really wish I would have posted these videos from where we started originally, because we have had major improvements on many levels since then. The most important aspects I have been covering with Mike have dealt with the muscular imbalances pulling his posture out of balance. He has an anterior pelvic tilt, a completely immobile thoracic spine, externally rotated hips, and a scapulae with severely limited mobility. Although the issues haven’t been fixed entirely, we have seen some major progress. I’m going to up to keep you guys updated every week with the progress in his striking and overall movement.
