I have been working with Myles Jury for the last few months and most of our training has revolved around rehabilitating a torn acl. We have incorporated several Myofascial Release techniques along with corrective exercises and stretches to help correct the imbalances leading to that knee injury. Since everything has been so progressive in the last few months, it has allowed us to start implementing more movement from here on out.
