It’s taken a few months but now that we have slowly integrated the effective use of Matt Sayles’ Transverse Abdominis, his chronic lower back pain is now a thing of the past. He had an extreme kypholordosis when he walked in, now we get to have more fun training. That said, we still have a lot of work to do!
